When water is actively rising in your basement right now, extraction and stabilization come first, permanent repair planning second — we handle both in the right order.

Four commitments that separate a properly trained emergency waterproofing crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Crews are staged regionally specifically for rapid emergency response, not pulled from standard scheduled appointments.
Trucks are equipped with high-capacity extraction pumps capable of removing significant standing water within the first hour on active flooding calls.
Follow-up permanent repair work is quoted separately once the immediate emergency is stabilized, giving you time to make an unrushed decision.
Air movers and dehumidification equipment are deployed immediately after extraction to begin drying before secondary damage sets in.
Each service below is scoped specifically to emergency waterproofing, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.
High-capacity pumps remove standing water as fast as possible upon arrival, minimizing the window for damage to flooring and belongings.
Temporary backup pumping can be deployed on arrival while a permanent replacement is sourced if your specific model isn't in stock.
Where foundation cracking or wall movement is severe enough to raise structural concern, we apply temporary stabilization and coordinate urgent engineering evaluation.
Storm-driven flooding often brings contaminated water requiring different handling than clean groundwater seepage — we assess water category on arrival.
This buys time for a proper permanent repair to be scheduled without the situation worsening in the interim.
Here's exactly what happens in the minutes and hours after your emergency call.
We'll ask a few rapid triage questions — water depth, whether power is on, whether the sump pump has failed — to prep the crew before arrival.
Trucks arrive equipped with extraction pumps, generators if needed, and temporary stabilization materials ready to deploy.
Extraction begins immediately upon arrival — assessment and quoting for permanent repair happens alongside or right after, not before.
We coordinate directly with permanent repair scheduling so there's no gap between emergency stabilization and the lasting fix.
